  • you will love newly renovated house centrally located near downtown Eugene. My place is close to restaurants, bike path, bus routes an easy walk to friendly street café, and family-friendly activities. Quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to local convenience markets and parks. my place is good for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families {with kids}. The house is a very close to the fairground, very quick drive to the u of o campus and city center
