This stunning three-story home is thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and making lasting lake memories. With a private hot tub, spacious living areas, and a dedicated bunkroom retreat for kids, Mustard House is the perfect getaway for families and groups alike.

On the first floor, you’ll be welcomed into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space-ideal for unwinding after a day on the lake. Just off the side, enjoy the screened-in porch featuring a private hot tub, creating a peaceful space to relax year-round. This level also includes a laundry room and a convenient powder bath.

The second floor offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for guests. The king primary suite features a spacious ensuite bathroom, while an additional king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a well-appointed hall bath-perfect for families or multiple couples.

Head up to the third floor, where you’ll find a true highlight of the home-a large bunkroom and play area designed with kids (and fun!) in mind. This space also includes a drink fridge, beanie bag chairs and a full bathroom.

Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, gathering with loved ones, or letting the kids enjoy their own space, Mustard House offers the perfect balance of comfort and charm in Carlton Landing.

Mustard has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.
