"One of the friendliest customer service I’ve come across here in Tonga. This is how customer service should be like, warmth, welcoming and hospitality skills. The owner was so lovely and accommodating to our needs.its a simple accommodation establishment with a great impact just what you need for long or short stay. The property and our room was spacious, clean and refreshing. Bed was huge and comfortable. Woke up to a nice simple breakfast that was healthy we enjoyed it eating on the big balcony. Parking spots inside property. The area was not too far from main city area travelled by car, but to us it was a nice and quiet area which we preferred. There’s some convenient stores/ bottle shop, petrol station about 5min walk or about 10mins drive into town. We would definitely return here, by far one of my favourite accommodations, loved it here. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Lilly, Ben and the rest of the Toafa Lodge team went out of their way to ensure we had an awesome stay. We really appreciated all they did for us, including catering for my vegetarian diet, setting up Netflix on the big screen on a rainy night, organising a tour, lending us umbrellas and ponchos, helping us organise transport back, picking us up and dropping us off - even at Crazy O’clock - and much, much more. On top of that, the rooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious. And there's an AC unit if needed. We can’t recommend Toafa Lodge enough!"
