You’ll be just 20 minutes from the Baie de Somme. You can observe seals in their natural habitat at Le Hourdel, as well as visit the medieval town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. Just 3 km away, you’ll discover Eu, a royal town featuring a magnificent castle renovated by King Louis-Philippe and its collegiate church. In Eu, you’ll have access to all local shops. Numerous forest hikes start right from the farm. On foot or by mountain bike, you can explore the many trails leading from the forest to the coast. Welcome to the Paon Bleu holiday rental! Located on the Beaumont farm in a rural setting, the property is home to more than 200 species of farm animals raised in optimal conditions across 24 hectares: chickens, ducks, pheasants, peacocks, pigeons, rabbits, cranes, exotic birds, llamas, sheep, goats, and kangaroos. The house has been completely renovated by the owners with taste, comfort, and modernity in mind. You’ll appreciate the peace and quiet of the location and its sunny, secluded garden overlooking the forest—a guaranteed change of scenery. You’ll have access to all local shops just 3 km away (in Eu) and can reach the beach on foot (8 km) or by car (5 km). The “Entre Verre et Mer” hiking trails start nearby. Numerous tourist attractions: Baie de Somme, the historic centre of Eu, Mers-les-Bains, Ault… Everything is included for your comfort (sheets, linens, heating, electricity, and housekeeping). Daily housekeeping available upon request on-site for an additional fee.
