The cabin was amazing! The view of the lake was beautiful! Pam provided everything & more than we needed! I give it 100!! Really is exactly the way it is listed! I highly recommend stay there, Pam is a great communicator!
We had a long weekend of crappie fishing! This little cabin in the woods was so relaxing! No boats zooming around in the lake, no traffic! Just peace! Pam was very responsive and so nice! Our coffee pot broke the first day we were there, she had a new one delivered to us by the time we got back from our fishing trip! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
This was such an awesome stay! The home had everything we needed to have a stress free weekend, out in the country and relax. You do have a bit of a walk to the house from the parking area (not a big deal but it is on uneven ground) and also a very very steep walk down to the water side. This is just for others information. Not a complaint from me! In case you have elderly or not as mobile guests. The two units are so super cute and it looks like more might come in the future! Just a wonderful place to stay and we will 100% be back!
The cabin was clean and very nice for what it is. Full kitchen with dishes. Nice sitting areas inside and out. Only issues we had was the charging plugs. There are two cabins plus a camper being rented on this property. There aren’t enough plugs to accommodate all of them and the main issue is they are not 110 volt plugs. They are camper plugs, luckily one of the other tenants had an adapter and we had a 3-way plug to make it work. All in all I would stay again, but the charging issue is a major concern being a lake cabin.
Comfortable place to stay with nice surroundings. We had hoped for shore fishing access and didn’t have that option though, as the water was very low with a lot of vegetation and the ground was so muddy it was not possible to reach the water’s edge without sinking. The are two cabins in close proximity and an RV as well, but we didn’t encounter others very often. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the porch and swing were nice.
Beautifully decorated and very clean cottage. Small space but everything was in place and everything you could possibly need. Host was very responsive through the app and check-in and check-out was very easy. The outdoor area was also very well thought out. Great property and we would definitely stay again!
We have friends that have a Lakehouse nearby. We were invited with a large group and it was not comfortable for all of us to stay at their house so we leased this VRBO in the area. We were able to have a nice place to stay, have coffee in the morning, and shower with the ease of a 10 minute drive to the Lakehouse. The property was also very clean and quiet.
Nice property and cabins. Nicely decorated, new and very nice buildings, and has all the amenities you'd like. Water access is good, but if water is down it might be too shallow. Great area, easy to access. The hill down to the water is steep, so be aware and plan accordingly.
Best ramp is Shirley Creek - GPS might tell you to turn right out of property to get there - don't, it is a dirt road with lots of loose, deep sandy areas. Go back to 103 and proceed from there.
