"Unterkunft war überbucht und der Vermieter hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Mussten dann abends noch eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Haben wir aber nicht bei Expedia gebucht. Die Abwicklung der Stornierung hat auch sehr lange gedauert."

The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day.
