In the town of ETEL, pretty and pleasant renovated stone country house. Ideally located 1 km from the beaches of the ETEL ria, shops, cinema, town center, water sports and the port of ETEL, 24km from Carnac and 21km from Quiberon.
Stone house with 2 rooms (approx. 20 m², ground floor, +1 floor) for 2 people, very well appointed, located in a quiet area. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining area (fridge/freezer, microwave, traditional coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, washing machine), 1 bathroom with WC. The 1st floor offers a mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 190. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
