"Quite disappointed with this booking/stay. A huge communication breakdown. Nowhere on the booking did it state the keys & agreement signing for the property had to occur at a different location than the property. Therefore when we arrived we had to make 2 stops to get to apartment location. BmyGuest is a 3rd party so you have to go to a random location for paperwork & key pick up & then proceed to your accommodation. They never reached out to me until the day of the booking… I tried 2 days + 1...
