"I have stayed at the Stay Apartments a couple times now. Very nice accommodation with friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful and well located next to Rottermani and you can walk anywhere in Tallinn from there or easily take public transit "

"Couldn’t even check in. No office. Spent an hour on phone with Expedia only for them to cancel the reservation because host couldn’t accommodate reservation. Pretty disappointed expedia didn’t try to make things right either. They should delist this hotel though."

I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key.
