"Die Ferienwohnung sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Bildern, es handelt sich allerdings um eine Souterrainwohnung. Das Willkommensgeschenk war nicht da. Die Playstation 5 hat nicht funktioniert und Netflix funktionierte am letzen Abend ab 23:50 Uhr nicht mehr. Da wir aber zum Wandern dort waren, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört. "Pros: Wir waren zu einem spontanen Kurzurlaub in Bad Bergzabern und hatten eigentlich die Fewo gebucht. Als wir eincheckten, teilte man uns jedoch mit, dass die FeWo nicht beziehbar sei, weil die Heizung ausgefallen war. Dafür bekamen wir als Upgrade ein Deluxe Apartment im Haupthaus incl. reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet, weil uns ja die Küche fehlte. Die Mitarbeiter sowie die Chefin waren jederzeit äußerst freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. So stellte man uns auf Nachfrage...
