"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. Walls are paper thin that you can hear everything from the next door neighbor. The bedroom AC doesn’t work properly, that it doesn’t cool and was very noisy. The...

"This is the perfect tranquil place to relax and enjoy both Costa Rican nature and the beauty of the beach and pacific ocean. The atomosphere is quiet, the staff is kind and accommodating, the property grounds are maintained well, the rooms are comfortable. Access to pool and food is convenient. I love the hammocks everywhere to lounge in. The location is close enough to Quepos and Jaco for a day trip to check out the touristy areas but remote enough to get away.
