In Estepona, Villa Las Cancelas offers excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 148 m² property consists of a double-height living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, television, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and beach or pool towels. This rental property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Access to the garden and pool is via stairs and a ramp.



The property is located 2 km from the beach and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. There is one parking space available on the property and free street parking. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Check-in outside the regular hours can be arranged on request and is available for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed in this property. Please respect the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. Only guests over 25 years old are permitted.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service und Kontakt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem Pool und Garten. Voll klimatisiert. Lage in etwas unansehnlicher Umgebung, welche nicht zum Wandern einlädt. Meer zwar fussläufig erreichbar, jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.
