The 175m2 modern apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.
The 2 double bedrooms with SMART TV offer plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The 1 bedrooms and the living room can be accessed through a large French window onto the terrace.
