About this property

Lovely Andalucian villa in a quiet, green neighborhood

  • The villa is split into 2 parts and the ground floor, adjacent to the swimming pool is to let. The upper part of the building will not be occupied when the apartment is let. It is a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment with a modern kitchen, 2 Andalucian style bathrooms, a dining area and sitting room and a multi purpose room to watch TV, play music and read books. The villa has been totally refurbished this year and looks just great.
    There is also a big garden or about 1400m2, with a nice terrace and subtropical plants.
    There is sea and mountain view. The area is very green with lust vegetation, palm trees in a quiet urbanization. We have recently been able to extend our garden with a 3000m2 park. There is a flat area of 11x20 m to play badminton, to practise pitching and golf swing and to play jeu de boules (petanque).

Superb villa, pool and gardens

We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend.

We really loved it. The other reviews are unfair. Yes, it's ideal for a couple or a couple and two children, but for them it is well above average. The pool is brilliant and the setting is find if you have a car.

Beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Unfortunately the stairs to access the property are very steep and narrow. Please note there is currently a second entrance which cannot be locked. Despite leaving the property in a better condition to how we found it upon arrival, and paying 85 for cleaning, it was upsetting we were reprimanded for not mopping the floors and cleaning windows. This communication really ruined our stay. Check the unreasonable expectations before committing.

Quel séjour merveilleux !! Ma famille et moi avons adoré de notre arrivée à notre départ. C’est simple, prenez quelques vêtements et vos maillots de bain et vous serez au paradis ! La maison est très bien équipée (le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y a pas de micro-ondes, mais on s’y fait très vite). La maison est très bien située à 5 min en voiture d’une plage et des commerces. La ville d’Estepona est d’ailleurs très jolie et très agréable. Nous reviendrons c’est certain

Faciliter d’arriver avec boîte à clé , très propre et fonctionnel,beaucoup d’ustensiles pour cuisine et piscine. Tranquillité absolue beau parc paysager. Petit bémol la chambre en enfilade mais pas trop gênant car séparer par une salle de bain commune le plus gênant c’est de n’avoir aucun lit double! Quelques insectes mais ça c’est aléatoire

Villa très agréable et bien équipée

Villa très bien équipée. Le jardinier est sympa et discret. La propriétaire que nous a eue que par message est sympathique également. Seul point négatif : l'aboiement des nombreux chiens dans l'urbanisation à l'aube tous les matins et tous les soirs parfois tard dans la nuit. Dommage car la villa est dans une urbanización calme sans ces chiens !

Très belle maison, avec un entretien de la piscine régulier, appréciable. Belle vue et propreté irréprochable. Le seul bémol si je dois en trouver un, c'est le manque de tuperwares et l'absence d'un micro ondes . Ainsi que les 2 chambres en enfilades, pas très pratiques pour le repos de chacun.

Mixed feelings, nice house + very bad experience

Upon our arrival the first impression was bad, with the stairs to access the house that are very steep and dangerous without a handrail, bringing our luggage down was quite a risky affair. The house is nicely appointed and well equipped as advertised, no complaints there. During our stay, there was a forest fire that forced us to evacuate during a week. We had no support from the owners during that period, not even a phone call asking if we were ok. In summary out of the 4 weeks we booked there, we spent one in a crappy Estepona hotel out of our pocket. After this week, we also had to pay extra for cleaning the interior. On top of that, the neighbourhood is dangerous. We were robbed the day of our departure and they took all our luggage and personal goods. Security in the house is ZERO, being easy to break into, without any alarms. With such a dangerous neighbourhood this should be improved. This is definitely not a luxury neighbourhood. After the stay, we got in touch with the owners to provide the police reports and see if the house insurance policy could compensate for the loss of our luggage and personal stuff (wallets, computers, ipad, iphones, etc). During this post-stay communication with the owners I felt pretty ignored by them, showing very little empathy after such troubles. I had to insist for WEEKS to have them consult with their insurance and even so I do not trust the reply 100%. Most home-owner insurances cover thefts but they claimed theirs didn't.

Prettige woning van alle gemakken voor zien

Toegang tot de woning gaat via een trap een gevaarlijke en moeilijke onderneming.treden zijn ongelijk in hoogte bijna geen leuning,zeker met koffers en boodschappen. Stond ook niet in de beschrijving! Vraagt niet om vervolg.

It was just what we were after, a quiet place with beautiful views and our own private pool. The beach is just a 10min drive away. The property was very nice, well maintained and modern. Amazing bbq! Just perfect for 4 people.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had a nice outdoor space with shade and sun, and lovely sea views Inside was well appointed and very clean We loved the art which made it very interesting. Great washer and dryer. Comfortable seating areas, Nice indoor and outdoor dining areas. Easy drive to lots of restaurants and things to see and do We had a couple of small questions which were answered very quickly so the rental experience was flawless and owner and pool staff & housekeeper all super helpful The only slight flaw was the bedroom configuration - the second bedroom leads off the first - separated by a bathroom . For families or friends this is probably a good thing as it would mean that children are safe and there’s no risk of them escaping! However for two couples or older children it is rather awkward Overall a great experience and I’d recommend
