A three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat completely refurbished in June 2019. This flat consists of a spacious living/dining room, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with three bunk beds (90 cm), third bedroom with three bunk beds (90 cm) and a bathroom. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace with direct access to the gardens and swimming pool. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Maxi 8 persons. Playa Bella is a gated community with direct access to the beach. It is the ideal place for families or couples who want to enjoy a perfect beachfront location and the proximity to Marbella and Estepona. The communal gardens surround the urbanisation and include a small play area for children. Two restaurants, a pizzeria and the famous Playa bella restaurant can be reached in less than 5 minutes walking distance. There is also less than 5 minutes walking distance to a petrol station where you can find bread and basic necessities.
