The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



This property offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are provided.

- All shutters must be closed prior to leaving the apartment, and the kitchen window secured.

- Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

- Clothes dried on the patio must be placed on the clothes dryer provided and not over the balcony.

- Please do not sit directly on soft furnishings while wearing sun cream; use a towel for protection.

- All bins must be emptied prior to check-out.

- All dishes should be left clean, either washed or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

- Please check all wardrobes and bedside lockers prior to check-out.

- Beach/pool towels payment 5,00 € per stay
