Located in Estepona, the holiday apartment Boulevard 305 offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 100 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday apartment boasts a private terrace, which offers a wonderful view. The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

The town it self was lovely and with plenty of really nice restaurants and it was possible to read the menu without the waitress was over you :-) We will for sure come back to the this place and this exact appartment. There is nothing we can thing off that needs improving or is a disadvantage in terms of position etc. We will definitely return.

Pros: Apartment is just like in the photos and even better when you add the sound of the sea that is just below. Good beach restaurants are close and the center of the beautiful town of Estepona is just a 10-minute walk by the sea. Carrefour hypermarket is just beside the building.
The owners are helpful and communication from the very start was easy.
Would definitely go back.

Pros: This apartment is in one of the most picturesque and accessible places. The views from the balcony were amazing and the facilities you need and restaurants are all on your doorstep. The owners were extremely helpful and there if we needed them. The apartment is a little dated but has a great location and an amazing terrace area and was clean and tidy. We would recommend this apartment for location, price and the sea view. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and highly recommended to all young or old 😊😊

Pros: We have stayed in Jacaranda in a number of apartments run by Tom and Mieke over the last 10 years. The owners live on site and are always available for help and advice. The apartment block is ideally situated at one end of the promenade, with easy walking distance to all the town offers. Also adjacent to a large Carrefour for daily shopping. The beach is directly outside the apartment, with a pretty private pool area which in our experience is never busy. 305 is our favourite apartment with a super 80sq metre terrace (half covered) so we ate out regardless of the weather. Looking forward to returning in September!

Pros: Having read the reviews for this apartments as a family we thought that it would be ideal base for exploring the Costa del Sol. The location was ideal, just a 15 minute walk to the town center of Estepona and a couple of minutes to the Carrefour supermarket. The apartment had a great location over looking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The balcony was great as it had space for a dinning table and 4 sun beds which was well used by us. The kitchen had everything for cooking at home which we used for about 50% of our stay as sometimes just felt like eating in after being out all day. There was plenty of equipment to use for when heading down to the beach, even beach towels which was great ad saved on baggage weight. The swimming pool was great, not too busy when we stayed. For those who like reading there is a nice little collection of National Geographic magazine's which I enjoyed whenever I got the chance. The local restaurants where good with plenty of choice, the local beach bars did a good choice of food and where a favorite of us after spreading the day on the beach we would retire to the shelter of the bars and enjoy a cold beer overlooking the sea.

Pros: We have stayed on the Costa Del Sol 3 or 4 times each year for some 15 years but this trip was only the second holiday in Estepona.
Apt 305 is a hidden gem located at the end of the great 3km promenade that runs all along the excellent Blue Flag beach. One can be on the beach in a few seconds or remain on the large attractive terrace (covered area or uncovered area) that directly overlooks the ocean.
As Tom pointed out, the exterior of the building is being repaired and repainted but the works did not impact on our stay in the apartment. The apartment was as advertised by Tom and Mieke and therefore it fully lived up to our expectations.
Also, Tom and Mieke could not have been more helpful and were most keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay in their excellent apartment.
We have stayed in more expensive and less expensive apartments and accordingly we are able to confirm that 305 offers good value for money. We hope and expect to stay there again in the future but we know that we shall have to book early because of 305's popularity.

De service van Tom en Mieke is ook geweldig. Bij aankomst was de vaatwasser kapot en alles werd gedaan om het zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
We hebben een ontzettend leuke vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement en in een zeer gezellige plaats.

Pros: Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet vårt i Estepona. Mye på grunn av boforholdene. Leiligheten ligger på stranda, en kort spasertur fra sentrum med sine restauranter og butikker. Rett ved leiligheten ligger en svær og innholdsrik butikk - med alt fra pata negra iberico, fiskedisk, kjøttdisk, elektroavdeling, parfymeri og masse mere (a la COOP OBS).
Leiligheten har alt av nødvendig utstyr og et vertsskap som er opptatt av at man har det bra.
Vakker utsikt, romslig, trygt og stille (sett bort fra lyden av sjøen som slår inn mot stranda).
På godværsdager ser man Gibraltar og Marocco.
Anbefales på det varmeste :)

Estepona är en trivsam liten fin stad, en vacker strandpromenad, blommor överallt i hela staden.

Mooi groot terras (zon, schaduw en planten), schitterend uitzicht over de zee en de kustlijn. Alleen bij het zwembad was het erg winderig, er waren daar geen (lig)stoeltjes ter beschikking en het water zelf was ronduit fris... Vlakbij een enorme supermarkt met een prima bakker!
