"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. It’s just a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Our favourite restaurant for dinner was Lolos Restaurant. It’s very close to the hotel and can highly recommend."

"This was a great choice to book for first time Santorini visitors. We enjoy access to the beach which is why we chose this hotel. Only thing is the airplanes flying over the room at all times very low caused loud noise that would wake us up from our sleep. Kamari is further than Fira and Oia so keep in mind when wanting to visit them, cost of transportation is pretty high. You may be better off renting a car. Hotel was a short walk to all shops and restaurants which was very convenient."

"The Ark was a hidden gem on the south side of the island. Away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira, and provided one of the best sunsets on the island. Our alcove table had shelter from the breeze, evening lighting and "perfectly framed" the private October sunset dinner over takeout souvlakia (restaurant - Kantouni, next to the bus stop) over their complimentary glass of wine. The large jacuzzi tub overlooked the water and hillside view. The staff were very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating with great suggestions. Hiking to and exploring the nearby village castle and monestary and even winery is all possible by foot and bus. What a lovely anniversary island ending. Would love to go again. Thank you so much Ark team."
