Located 2km from the center of Belfort in the west, the cottage occupies the ground floor of an old farm in the old Essert.
Cool in summer, easy to heat in winter.
Entry independent of that of the owner

Fast access from the A36 motorway, fast lane from Lure, Héricourt.

The spacious living room has a TV corner, a dining area and a convertible single bed armchair.

The kitchenette: adjoining the living room.

The room (bed 140 * 190) opens south on a small private garden.

Our cottage is located in the main street of the old Essert, near the Town Hall, primary school, church and laundry.
Donkeys and horses on the path of Tremblet 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
For the "running" all country roads are waiting for you and the "Coulée verte".
The EuroVelo 6 (Atlantic-Black Sea cycle lane) uses this Green Flow.
The hiking trail St Jacques de Compostela, hiking the forts, the GR5 (Holland-Mediterranean) pass in front of the cottage.

5 minutes by car to go shopping at supermarkets (open on Sunday morning) in Essert or Bavilliers, 2 villages with all amenities.
Bus 500 m from the cottage to get to the city.
