Alles ok

Ich bin - wie so oft - sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Check-In klappt schnell und problemlos und die Damen am Hörer sind immer sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Comfort-DZ ist völlig ausreichend und meine Zimmer waren bisher immer sauber. Highlights sind definitiv der Balkon und vor allem der Massage-Sessel. Die Lage ist ok, aber es sind kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort vorhanden. Ein Lidl ist direkt unter dem Hotel, so dass kleine Besorgungen schnell erledigt werden können.

Comfortable stay away from the city centre

The room was ideal for a solo traveller. The mini kitchen made eating in easy as did the supermarket next door. The tram to the centre was only a five minute walk away

Super Hotel!!!

Das Hotel hat keine Reception aber ist völlig unkompliziert man kommt sehr schnell zu seinem Zimmer.. Das Zimmer war Super sauber sehr bequemes Bett..Mann braucht kein Frühstück der Lidl is direkt im Haus!!

Modern ausgestattete Zimmer mit einem Hightech-Massagesessel. Der Check-in ist völlig problemlos, obwohl keine Rezeption vorhanden ist. Das Hotel liegt leider an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse. Deshalb ist es sehr laut.

Gut für Geschäftsreisen

Ich finde die Konzeption von Petul ganz gut. Einchecken ohne großen Aufwand über die Gegensprechanlage, im Normalfall sehr große schöne gut ausgestattete Zimmer, für meine Bedürfnisse zentral gelegen. In meinem Fall wurde es leicht getrübt dadurch, daß bei Schneetreiben ein Fenster auf Kipp war und die Heizung ausgeschaltet. Innerhalb einer Stunde hatte sich die Temperatur aber normalisiert.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es war sehr sauber und super dekoriert. Einzigste Nachteil war nur das man die anderen Hotelbewohner gehen hören konnte, war aber nicht so nachtragend. Würde eine Skala von 1-10, eine 10 übergeben für meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, obwohl es keine Rezeption gab war alles super organisiert, könnte ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Ca 30€ ist noch zu teuer

Es gibt keine Rezeption, nur zwei Telefone. Die "Rezeption" wollte die Rechnung kassieren, obwohl schon per PayPal bezahlt. Die Herausgabe der Zimmerschlüsselkarten hat auch eine Weile nicht funktioniert. Das Badezimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, Waschbecken und Toilette waren verschmutzt. Trotz geöffnetem Fenster ein äußerst unangenehmer Gestank im Zimmer. Kein Haartrockner, Duscheingang ziemlich eng, wenn man etwas beleibter ist. Die "kostenlosen Parkplätze" sind nur öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße. Sollte es einen eigenen Parkplatz geben, wird nirgends darauf hingewiesen.

Okay for business, but lacks an iron.

It is near a tram station (2 minutes by foot), from there 5 minutes by tram to the main train station. It is not centrally located, but well connected. It is a residential area, and thus do not expect to stay nearby the hotel. A taxi to centrum is around 17 eur, the tram 1,7-2,5 eur.

Terrible area - very poor first impressions.

Terrible location above a supermarket. Soulless experience with no reception and no facilities close by. Heating suspect in room so window had to be open all the time. All-in-all a very negative experience.
