Really big nice clean no frills room. No coffee machine or frig in room. Paid parking with different charging points in a safe area. Excellent public transport connection with tram and bus stop right outside the front door. Staff were nice and helpful.

Great Inexpensive place for a good bed

Great for an easy overnight stay. Friend and I just needed a bed for our trip to see a Dortmund game. 24 hour check in and free parking as long as you leave early enough in the morning. That was the option cause the hotel lot was full.

Modern clean and friendly

The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again for my business trip, yes I really would.

very good stay but a complicated check-in

stay was very good, nice and clean new facility. good breakfast and free charging for our EV car. On the negative side, we have our check-in process very complicated as we were told to do it with their computerized reception software I must say that entering the hotel after 14 hours on the road you really would like to have human assistance and smile…

Best Hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we always come back. Rooms are very affordable, clean and spacious. Front desk team are awesome. Always helpful. Location is perfect. This time though we were a little disappointed with the breakfast. Selection not as good as it used to be and not as quick to replenish dishes that are empty. All in all, this hotel is still worth booking and by far the best in Bochum.

Nice hotel but not great area.

We stayed at the hotel it was quite clean and confortable. The check in was self service and over complicated quite a pain. In the evening the male bar staff was quite rude and refused to provide any ice or water even though the bar was open.

The hotel itself was very nice and modern. However, the check in process was awful. They make you use the tablets to self check in, and we were having a hard time finding our reservation. The lady at the check in station refused to check us in and said it had to be done on the tablets ourselves. It was not an easy or smooth process of a check in. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and clean.

Best Hotel in Bochum!

The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The shower is powerful which is an important feature when booking a hotel. The staff are very friendly especially Jess and Antonio at the bar. The hotel is close to all amenities, shops, banks and restaurants. The breakfast is great as well. Not a fan of the coffee but that's me. Looking forward to our next visit in December 2023. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
