"The staff were not friendly and supportive. Laundry service not offered. Room service after requesting also not provided on time. I paid for breakfast and there were no much options available "

"Old rooms. Pool full of birds, smell is awfull. Breakfast is only local, no international kitchen. Service by staff is inflexible and stiff. After 8pm the place is a ghost town. No bar, no dinner opportunities. They ignore DND signs. "

"The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials, including strong Wi-Fi and a cozy bed. The location was ideal 18339164579 —close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety. Only minor issue was some noise from other rooms and a small gym. Overall, great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again."

Second night was every 2 hours noise of people shouting and talking corridor and saying bye and hello to each other apparently this place gets filled with wedding reception due to venues nearby I asked reception to control noise and they did help but sleep was gone Room is clean , duvers are clean but towels were a bit weary and smelly/oily Food was ok. "My wife was travelling alone and had booked a Non-Smoking Room but instead the front desk allocated a Smoking Room to her only after 2 days my wife realised and she raised it with the manager after which they changed her into a Non-Smoking Room. This is totally out of order as Smoking Rooms should only be allocated if you have asked for and inspite of other rooms available the front desk had the audacity to allocate a Smoking Room to my wife. Also we had pre-booked the hotel and got the dates...
