While traveling with my kids, we arrived exhausted and were welcomed by the property owners who immediately requested everyone to take off their shoes at the entrance of the hotel (they were scared our kids would dirty their carpeted floors) . "All really good. I was contacted before arrival and there was someone there to meet me. The room was very clean and really well laid out. English was spoken. The venue was also very quiet and easy to find. They take dogs which is great and there is plenty of parking and charging facilities for EVs."
