The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies avec une grande chaleur humaine. Je tiens à citer particulièrement Oumaima à l’accueil, qui a été tout simplement extraordinaire : bienveillante, empathique, avec un sourire sincère et une douceur qui marquent vraiment le client. Ce genre de professionnalisme et de délicatesse laisse une empreinte positive et inoubliable. Je remercie également le monsieur de l’accueil qui nous a reçues avec un thé et un gâteau marocain : un geste simple, naturel, mais empreint de gentillesse et d’authenticité. Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique : une très belle vue, un air frais et un environnement apaisant. Tout le personnel s’est montré à l’écoute, professionnel et attentif aux détails. Je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi la note de cet hôtel est si basse. Il est vrai que certaines parties semblent abandonnées, et que certaines renovations doivent être faites, mais il n'y manque absolument rien . Le cadre est paisible, la piscine principale est superbe, la vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Mais le plus important, le personnel à qui j'ai eu à faire est vraiment à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre. Politesse, sourires , discretion, réactivité... vraiment je n'ai rien à redire. Je les remercie tous et toutes , particulièrement Souad pour son accueil et sa disponibilité chaleureuse durant mon séjour .

Hall bien fait. Chambre dans un état lamentable, vieillissante et dégradée. Ne mérite pas son prix…j’ai payé presque 160 euros pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas son prix. Petit déjeuner très basique,certains produits étaient durs et froids. Je passe presque tout le temps via hôtel.com…je suis déçu.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Frühstück war schlecht organisiert, es dauerte lange, bis der Kaffee endlich kam. Einen zweiten zu bekommen war noch schwieriger. Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
