"Room was extremely small, it does not accommodate more that one person. No space for luggage. Bathroom needs to be updated. Such as shower head. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on wood. Pillow was awful, gave us neck pains. Blankets were old. This room was not worth the amount we paid and should be refunded. The worst experience I've had renting a hotel room. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"J'ai aimé le côté moderne et tout ce qu'on a besoin mais l'accueil a été un peu bizzarre...l'employé n'était pas à son poste donc il.a fallu patienter un bon 15 min. et une chance qu'un autre client m'a ouvert la porte pour me faire entrer avec la chaleur qu'il y avait..aussi quelque chose bizzarre, il fallait laisser notre clé à la réception si on voulait sortir de la résidence. Il devrait toujours y avoir un back-up quand l'employé quitte son poste ou au moins mettre une petite pancarte qui avise "de retour dans X min.). Le reste était bien correct. Merci!"

"The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future."

"The hostel has a great location and a nice terrace, which were definitely the highlights of my stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately she seemed to be handling everything on her own. It is clear that one person cannot manage all the tasks alone. The main issues were the lack of cleanliness and organization. The toilets were often dirty, and there were simply not enough of them for the number of guests. The overall atmosphere felt quite chaotic at times. In addition, there is no café or similar facility in the hostel. This place has potential, but it urgently needs more staff and better organization. With improved management and cleaner facilities, the guest experience would be much better."
