"The location was excellent, just an approximately six minutes walk from the Basilica and offering lovely views. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day, with a good variety of options. Staff were informative and friendly.  The rooms were clean, with amenities that comfortably met our needs for the stay."

"Room is old, simple but clean. It is 5min walk from the Lourdes train station, From the hotel to the Sanctuary Notre-Dame de Lourdes is 10 - 15min walk. The staffs are very nice and helpful."

"breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery."

"This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk. The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive and the food is very good. I ate dinner there twice. I was content with the food. There are many shops including the one at the hotel, which offers a ten percent discount and a free candle for the candlelight procession at 9 pm."
