Villa 317 Superb Villa w/Pool and Tennis by Beach

Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches of Cepaes, Esposende, this modern villa is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality in mind. The interior is decorated to a high standard and is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating. In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a (clay) tennis court and small 5 a side football pitch - a delight for children and adults.

Fully fitted modern kitchen. Spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating and cable TV. Pool table - Dining table combo. Doors leading onto the swimming pool area / barbecue terrace. 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom with doors opening onto front garden. Bathroom for guests.

First floor

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors opening onto a large balcony with sea views. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large balcony. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom private balcony overlooking the front garden.

Exterior

Spacious covered terrace with built-in barbecue ideal for alfresco dining. Private pool (length 10 X 4 metres / depth 80cm - 170cm ) with an electric cover. Tennis court (clay surface). 5 a side football pitch. Well-maintained garden with lawn and palm trees. Private parking.

An advantage of this villa is the proximity of numerous white sandy beaches of and the wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops in Esposende. The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fao has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline.

An excellent 9 hole golf course is set on the right bank of the Cavado river, about 15 minute drive away. Oporto town centre is about a 30 minute drive away. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site and was selected as Europe's Best Destination for 2017!

All and then some

What a lovely property this was. Everything worked as said. The rooms were very comfortable, and it was a wonderful setting and location for a gathering of friends for a highlight birthday. From here we were able to explore Porto and make many day trips. There is a beautiful historic village that is BC 7 miles away from the home. The town is beautiful and the ocean is right there. However, the privacy of this villa was perfect. Highly recommend.

Fantastic villa

This villa is fantastic and very modern. It is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is well equiped. There are many activities both indoor and outdoor with the pool, tennis court and football field and indoor with the combined table for pool and table tennis. We all enjoyed these activities very much, especially the teenagers. We also enjoyed the covered terrace very much. It is just a short walk to the beach which is nice with a board walk along the coast line. The villa is within a one hour drive from the center of Porto which is a very beautiful city.

The villa was well furnished and immaculately maintained. The rooms were large comfortable for 8 adults. The pool was excellent. The owner was prompt in dealing with any issues. The villa is great value for money.
