This spacious and inviting 124 m² three-bedroom apartment in Apúlia offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable stay in the city. Located on the first floor and accessible by lift, it provides a welcoming base for families and groups.
The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a bright and sociable space. Relax on the cosy sofa while watching your favourite shows on TV, or gather around the dining table to share meals and conversation.
The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked dishes, including cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
Each of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms features a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, air conditioning, and generous storage space, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and recharge.
Step out onto the charming balcony, perfect for soaking up the sunshine or enjoying an alfresco meal prepared on the barbecue. Guests also have access to exceptional shared facilities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, and a children’s playground. Apúlia, a scenic coastal town in northern Portugal, is celebrated for its sandy beaches, charming windmills, and relaxed vibe. Located in the Esposende region, its beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, with the unique backdrop of traditional fishing boats and rustic windmills.
Beyond the beach, Apúlia offers a taste of local Portuguese culture, especially through its seafood-rich cuisine, featuring fresh fish and traditional stews. Visitors can explore historic churches and enjoy peaceful nature trails, making Apúlia a perfect spot for a serene getaway by the sea.
The property is easily accessible by car, although no public transportation is nearby. There is private parking in the building.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note: Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to an additional fee of €30.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
