"Elena, una persona que disfruta su trabajo y lo transmite con alegría en las recomendaciones y en el trato. Las instalaciones, por poner un detalle mínimo, un poco descuidadas, no tenía batería el reloj de la decoración, quizá mejor eliminarlo... "We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villanovilla. Het huis blijft heerlijk koel, ondanks de warmte buiten. Ook de tuin is heerlijk en heeft genoeg schaduw. Inchecken gaat via een sleutelkastje. Dit ging prima. In de keuken vindt je alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld in de omgeving, gebadderd in het riviertje en heerlijk gegeten in het plaatselijke restaurant. Het huis ligt in het dorp en niet daarbuiten, zoals op de kaart in de advertentie is te zien. "

"La descripción del alojamiento coincide a la perfección. Hay que decir que pasamos menos frio del esperado, gracias a la chimenea y que llevábamos bastante leña, para la estancia. La única pega, que ya nos advertía la guía, era que no hay extractor y la cocina se llena de humo al cocinar, es un poco problema ya que hay q abrir las ventas y se escapa el calor. Pero bueno, en general el alojamiento esta bien, no nos podemod quejar."

"First we were told different booking dates than what we reserved then they corrected it. Place looked nice but there were dead bugs in the corner of the dining room one of the kitchen stools was broken and there was a crack on the glass window by the porch. They did not give us proper directions to the address just the building number no apartment number and there were several stairwells and 2 doors within the building needing keys, one of which took a few minutes to open since the key was worn...

"The history of this hotel and its location made us feel like we were living inn a WWII spy movie! Really interesting and fun place. "We LOVED staying at the Mirador. The staff there REALLY seems to care about providing an amazing experience. Guisepie said to act like this was home and it felt like it. The view from the restaurant is so relaxing and scenic. The staff is helpful in providing directions to hikes etc. It’s a block out of town so it’s more quiet but It still close enough. Breakfast was outstanding and well priced for quality of food. Beds were comfortable and we had a Mountain View balcony. The town of Broto and entire area is scenic and worth exploring. We hope to be back! Thx Guiseppe and staff for a great stay!"

"The walls were very thin, but luckily we did not have noisy neighbors. The first impression is that it is dingy, but the room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a walkable area, so you must park on the street (free) if you can find a spot or in the parking garage down the block and carry your luggage to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay exploring the city."
