  • Located in Espezel in the Audoise Pyrenees, this 75 sqm mountain vacation home welcomes up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. You will find a private fully-equipped kitchen along with WiFi, TV, washing machine, baby bed, and highchair. The property offers mountain views and shared toys and books for children.



    This mountain retreat sits in a quiet hamlet, providing an enjoyable setting for all ages throughout any season. You can access nearby supervised lakes for swimming and refreshing dips during warmer months.



    Shared parking is available at the property for 2 vehicles. Smoking is permitted, while events are not allowed on the property.



    A climbing facility awaits you 5 km away in Belcaire, alongside various outdoor activities. The Cathar trail and its numerous hiking loops pass close to the vacation home. During winter months, you can enjoy different ski stations that also offer hiking and other activities, or simply celebrate the holiday season. The house will be heated before your arrival, with firewood available for an extra fee. Electricity usage is monitored with an allowance of 2 kWh per person per day, and additional consumption will be charged at current rates. A security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned at departure.
