"Fantastic property with the best website / app for any information needed about the property. Our stay was seemless as a result - really reassuring. Location was brilliant; just a 15min walk to Nyhavn, 10min (if not less) to little mermaid and the metro. Plenty of shops / bars / restaurants / bakeries within 10 min easy walk."

"The room was great! It was very clean and well appointed. A few minutes walk to the water front or the Metro which brought you into the city in no time. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, albeit (due to a smallish glass door) prone to flooding the floor. We also liked the security of the password-controlled access. The luggage storage, however, had a few of the much needed large lockers out of order which was inconvenient. "

"The location was great and we were pleased with the property. The overall condition and cleanliness was good, a few things weren’t very clean but not an issue. A shade for a window was missing by the sleeping couch and should be replaced. We loved the convenience of the location to the train and other shops and overall it was a very good stay."

"No sofa area as in pictures and smaller table and kitchen than pictures. So basically a hotel room with kitchenette. Couldn’t get Netflix working."

"Lots of cafes nearby and a park right across. Loved the easy check in and the website that provides me the necessary info. There’s some reno going on in the building but doesn’t affect the stay. The toilet design can be improved — it has a weird stench probably from the toilet bowl esp when it doesn’t air well. The shower curtain is too short causing water to spill over to the dry area and there isn’t additional drain out there. But overall the stay was still nice esp with the fast communication...
