​Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. During our four-day stay, the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently refilled the bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee packets. ​The Wi-Fi was powerful, the shower had great water pressure, and the heaters (one by the window and another in the bathroom) kept us very warm. The only weakness was the poor soundproofing.

Good room space. Not that fancy but enough for what you paid. We could hear other people noise in their room. Location is so perfect near a big market

Just Stay

It was not a great stay. We stayed in business room, but i haven't noticed a feature of it. Bath cabin was leaking water, and night lamb was not working. However, their parking service was near the hotel where at the heart of the city. That was perfect.

Wasted several hours complaining about broken air conditioner during 32 degree temperature. Staff promised to have it fixed but lied. Had to open window during the night and could mot sleep due to trams, trucks and dogs barking. Mosquetos also were in the room and stopped us from sleeping. Very poor service. Avoid. The only positive was a member of room service who was the only one who spoke great English and helped is seperating the beds as even thos was not done even though i requested this 2 days before!!!

Konumu odunpazarına daha yakın ancak yine merkezin içindesiniz. Biz rahat ettik, sadece sabah binalara bakan arka taraf çok gürültülüydü otopark konusunda da yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar.

Akşam giriş yapmak için otele gittiğimizde otelin ön tarafında park yeri olmadığını fark ettik oteli arayıp park yerini sorduk bize karşı sokakta bir otopark tarif ettiler ve bu otopark çok kullanışsızdı çok dar küçük ve ara sıra göz kulak olan kimse yoktu içeride o yüzden oraya park etmeyi tercih etmedik. Sonrasında otele vardığımızda bize ilk verilen odada klima ne açılıyor ne de kapanıyordu hatta güya kapalı halindeyken öyle bir ses çıkartıyordu ki uymayacak dereceydi odamızın değiştirilmesini talep ettik. Odamız değiştirildi fakat yeni odada da mini buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ve klima aşırı yüksek sesle çalışıyordu. Havlulardan bir tanesinin içinden kıl yumağı çıktı. Yastık kılıflarında da bir sürü ince kıl vardı düzgün temizlenmemişti. Yorganlara bakmaya tenezzül bile etmedik üstümüzü örtmeyip uyuduk. Tuvalet ve duş da hiç temiz değildi. Böyle olduğu için sabah kahvaltı yapmayı tercih etmeyip erkenden otelden ayrıldık.

Pencere kapanmıyordu seslerden biraz rahatsız olduk ve duş başlığı bozuktu. Tek gece diye çok aldırış etmedik ama konforu biraz etkiledi. Onun dışında çalışan ilgi alakası odak bakımı düzeni gayet yeterliydi.

Otelin tek iyi yanı konumu. Banyo temiz değil ve küçük. Mini buzdolabının için küflü. Odalar aşırı ses alıyor. Yan odada ne konuşulduğunu net olarak duyuyorsunuz. O yüzden uyumak çok güç. Bidaha kalır mıyım hiç sanmıyorum.

Duş hortumu patlaktı. Duş başlığından çok az su geliyordu. Sadece Bir Pencere vardi ve kilidi bozuktu, kapanmıyordu. Sokaktaki parktan geç saate kadar çocuklarin sesleri geldi. Gece odaya geç gelince farkettik. Yönetime bilgi verdik. Saat Geç olduğu için birşey yapamadilar. Bir gece kaldığımız için tamir edildi mi bilmiyoruz. Personel çok güleç yüzlü. Otoparkı da var.
