A day before my departure, I was informed by the hotel reception that I needed to change my room. However, when I visited the reception that same morning before leaving the hotel to inquire about my lost package, I was not informed about any room change. While I was out of the city during the day, I received a call from the hotel stating there was a problem in the bathroom and that a renovation was necessary, making the room change mandatory. I informed them that I would return in the evening and that the room change could be done then. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, our room was not ready yet. We were immediately asked to pack our belongings, and in the end, we were given a lower-standard room. Ms. at the reception behaved very rudely and indifferently. There was neither an apology nor any explanation for this confusion and inconvenience. Such behavior is absolutely unworthy of an employee at a five-star hotel. We did not accept the lower-standard room. Meanwhile, while we were packing our things, the phone lines in our room were cut off! When we wanted to speak to the hotel manager, he responded sarcastically, saying, "Then stay in the old room." Although we had already packed our belongings, I was shocked by this careless attitude and disrespect. Neither an apology nor a proposed solution was offered. Our grievance was almost mocked. This is definitely not a five-star hotel.

çalışanlar fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. hepsi güleryüzlüydu. 10 uzerinden 10. odalarda bir miktar eskime var. banyo kapisi kapanmiyordu vs. ama rahatimizi bizacak konular degildi.

Çalışanların çok ilgiliydi ve her durumda çözüm odaklıydılar. Oda temiz, sessiz ve içerisindeki imkanlar kullanışlıydı. Herhangi bir aksaklık yoktu. Yalnızca odada önceki misafirlerden kalan “ikramımızdır” yazılı kartlar vardı. Anladığımız odaya bizim için ikram olarak bırakılacak içecekler unutulmuş. Çok üzerinde durmadık. Gayet memnun ayrıldık. Personele tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Personalet i receptionen var imødekommende og hjælpsomme, men personale i lobbyens café var elendige. Vi måtte selv kalde på dem for at bestille. Der var ingen lys på terrassen og blev heller ikke tændt selvom vi satte os. Vi satte os efterfølgende i havegården hvor de også valgte at slukke lyset. Værelserne var i sig selv fine nok. Fravælg tag etage, der var alt for varmt og aircondition virkede ikke. Vi ringede ned med det samme og fik besked på at den lige skal i gang, der var så varmt at vi valgte at tage ned i caféen i lobbyen som var en meget dårlig oplevelse. Vi kom op på værelserne efter en time og det var stadig alt for varmt. Vi kontaktede receptionen igen, som sagde at aircondition var blevet tjekket af teknikere og det var kun det ene værelse der var problemer med, selvom det var begge værelser. De gik med til at skifte begge værelser, men vi fik lov til at vente pænt lang tid med 4 børn i den varme. Alt i alt ikke en god oplevelse.

Agréable séjour

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable. Hôtel très bien juste un bémol sur l’insonorisation nous étions du côté de la route et entendions un peu les véhicules. Le petit déjeuner est très variés et la salle dispose d’une terrasse forte agréable

A nice hotell that has almost everything. I missed a pool. Maybe soon a need for renovation but still high quality. Nice kitchen. Fantastic breakfast.

Kahvaltısı beklentimin çok altında kaldı bu kadar az çeşitli bir kahvaltı beklemiyordum. Ramada olduğu için daha iyi bir hizmet beklemiştim. Odamız standart iki kişilik ama tek su konulmuştu bunu söylediğimizde yine tek su konuldu. Ayak havlusu bir taneydi iki olmalıydı, aynı şekilde el yüz havlusu da iki taneydi saç havlusu yoktu. Oda sanki tek kişilik gibiydi. Klimalar gayet yeterliydi oda için. Personel güler yüzlüydü.

Geniş bir aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Öncelikle otel personeli inanılmaz güleryüzlü, yardımsever. Her an yardımcı olabilmek adına gözünüzün içine bakıyorlar. Odalar çok temiz. İlk girdiğimizde odada ikramlar mevcuttu. Kahvaltı kararında ve yeterliydi. Eksi yönleri; sigara içilmez odada ilk girdiğimizde hafif bir sigara kokusu vardı ama sonradan rahatsız etmedi. Bir de 5 yıldızlı otelde havuz olmamasına şaşırdım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Otelin en güzel tarafı hemen çözüm üreten, yardımcı olmak için gayret sarf eden, güler yüzlü çalışanları. Tertemiz, konforlu, kullanışlı bir otel.
