Where to start...I was recommended this Hotel, so i tried contacting the hotel using their website. The contact info is old, cant call the phone number. Because of the contact issue, i felt i took a risk booking it. But thought it would be fine for one night... Review: 1) If it was possible to attach pictures i would, i am not sure if i got the worst room in the Hotel. But my room did NOT look anything like any of the rooms in the pictures. It looked lika a large bathroom had been redone to a washing-and bedroom mix. Fortunately it felt like the room was ok clean, in my case at least... 2) the Hotel is REALLY loud, pretty much no isolation here. People who need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, can wake you up if you dont have earplugs or such.  Just using the sink in the room others can hear. I probably woke up at least 5 Times by people moving around on the corridor. 3) there is nothing in the room, please dont bring Children without planning for entertainment because the entertainment level at this Hotel is 0. Only 3 basic channels on tv. It probably would have been better to have one shared tv in the common area instead. Children who stayed at the Hotel of course got bored and was running around in the corridor like crazy, making alot of noise 4) i went to breakfast, there were no plates, no glasses and The breakfast toppings were out 5) no reception though the sign on the door says it is open in the morning. Def issues with this at checkin

Lilla Hotellet: Vi bokade rum för 2vuxna+1barn, men rummet hade endast 2 sÀngar! Problem med att komma in pÄ hotellet! Man tvingas till att ladda ner app för att fÄ tillgÄng till hotellnyckel. Personalen: JÀttetrevliga och löste vÄra problem. Vi fick Äka till en bÀttre boende, renare, större och flera sÀngar. BÀsta servicen frÄn personalen. 5 stjÀrnor till personalen.

Hade bokat och kom med sen ankomst. Laddade ner APP för att öppna dörr till hotellet dĂ„ det var obemannat. Supporten pĂ„ telefon frĂ„n en Filip vsr bra och allt skulle vara fixat. Mobilen app skulle fungera som nyckel till rum. Öppnade och rummet var ostĂ€dat och ej bĂ€ddat frĂ„n förra gĂ€sten. Ringde och inga andra rum tillgĂ€ngliga. Dom löste problemet men mer att önska. DĂ€rav lĂ„gt betyg.

Incheckningen var katastof, i övrigt var det OK. Man fÄr det man betalar för. Man skulle anvÀnda en app, kod osv, men det funkade inte. Det slutade med att de kom ut med ett kort, men dÄ hade det gÄtt en timme. Jag hörde att flera andra hade samma problem.

NÀsta godkÀnt.

Ingen service pÄ plats. Inget pentry, inget porslin, bestick, muggar, glas. Det fanns bord, en vattenkokare och en mikrovÄgsugn. Men ville man anvÀnda grejerna var man tvungen att ta med sig egna tallrikar. Toaletter och dusch var inte superfrÀscha.

Bokade ett rum för mig, min fru och min 9 Äriga dotter... Det rum jag fick hade tvÄ enkelsÀngar och inget mer. Hur dom kunde fÄ det till ett familjerum Àr obegripligt. LÀmnade rummet efter en natt och tog in pÄ ett riktigt hotell resten av tiden vi var i Eskilstuna

Bilderna visade en förskönad bild av sjÀlva boendet. Rummet var vÀldigt slitet, trasig vÀgg i toaletten, vÀldigt lyhört och inte en speciellt trygg kÀnsla. Du checkar in genom att ringa nÀr du Àr pÄ plats, det finns ingen personal i boendet. Det enda positiva Àr att det var billigt och en ren och helt ok skön sÀng ÀndÄ.

Ingen sÀnglampa. TVn kraschad, skÀrmen i splitter. Endast ett eluttag som förlÀngdes med grenuttag i en inte tillrÀckligt lÄng sladd Ingen fönsterspÀrr, sÄ det gick inte att ha lite öppet under natten. En av toaletterna luktade urin. Det var gratis frukost nÀr jag bokade Hotel men nÀr jag gick upp pÄ morgonen för att Àta frukost fanns det ingen frukost. Jag ringde och frÄgade och de sa att det inte fanns nÄgon. plus att det var mycket smuts i sovrummet dammigt . I badrummet fanns det inga tvÄl och tork papper.
