The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us! We stayed just before the start of the summer season so the resort’s amenities and facilities weren’t fully operational yet but they did well with what they had. Staff were kind and courteous but slow at times due to lower staffing.
