"Checkin was horrendous. First room was unmade, there was bedlinen lining the corridors & numerous guests were irritated that their room was not ready. Checkin is at 4 but my room was not ready until. The bed was very uncomfortable & the room was cold (with a pathetic small oil heater to try & heat it). "

"Hotel is really tired needs updating through out room very tired too,cutlery and cups dirty at breakfast,buffet breakfast was good tho,ordered smash burgers for lunch supposed to be double only singles came there was a venue on and the hotel was really under staffed heard the staff complaining about it too all in not very good,would I stay again..no"

"When we got to the room the heating was on full and with the hotel being wooden it was like walking into a sauna. The bed was a very springy and you needed to hold tight if your wife was turning over. All in all we wasn’t able to sleep so left at 23:00 to go home. "
