Particularly noteworthy are the two spacious, covered terraces facing a sunny southwest with their own green space. Here, you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate of this North Sea health resort all day long.<br><br>The Location<br>This modern and bright holiday rental is located on the ground floor of Deichhaus 7, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.<br><br>Amenities<br>The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cosy seating area. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds (alcove), are available to you. One of them also has its own flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax on the covered terraces, which are furnished with outdoor seating for 5 people.<br><br><br> Highlights From spring through late fall, guests of Deichhäuser who book stays for the 2026 season also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something here for the whole family: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, splash showers, a counter-current system, a children’s paddling pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.<br><br>The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.<br><br>This apartment includes a free parking space.
