"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."

"Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."

Or you can take bus L5 the hotel to or from the sanctuary. After 17 years we revisit Lourdes, France."
