"Pros: Gut ausgerüstet und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Cons: Leider war es nachts so warm im Zimmer, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Durchzug war ungenügend möglich. Es herrschten allerdings auch sehr hohe Aussentemperaturen, so dass es sehr schwer war, die Wohnung unter dem Dach kühl zu halten. Bei solcher Extremhitze wäre ein Kühlturm oder ein Ventilator wünschenswert."

"Great hotel. Everything was new, clean, and worked properly. Very spacious lobby and bar/restaurant area. Staff was friendly and helpful, though we didn't need much. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from, including custom omelets. Staff at the lobby bar was fun and attentive. The A/C worked great too. Punctual hotel shuttle was convenient, even if it did cost 5 francs per person."

"This hotel is at an excellent location and very well maintained. We had slight challenge with the staff. The AC in the room was not working and upon asking the front desk to swap our room, their first solution was to provide a table fan LOL. We politely told them that they could do way way way better in terms of upholding Hyatt brand and not offer such cheap alternatives for customers who pay high dollars (rather francs in this case ;-) ). Then they agreed to change the room. Rest of the stay beyond this weird experience was absolutely fantastic."
