"The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby."

"We booked a family suite, and the room was quite large. However, the bathrooms were very small. Parking was expensive and squeezing the car into the space was challenging. But it was located below the hotel and accessible by elevator, which was very nice. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent. Very clean."
