Die Vermietering reagiert innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Whats App. Die Abwicklung war wirklich herrvoragend. Das Appartment ist von innen sehr schön, Da wir über Weihnachten waren war der Fußboden sehr kalt. "The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)"

"Great 4 star hotel. Clean, modern and good staff. Ample parking around the area and in a good location. Also special shout out to the cleaners who were amazing. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choice upto 11am. Improvements I would suggest would be: - dinners are buffet only. Missed a trick here as most guests go across the road to Innside hotel for dinner due to a lack of dining options in the hotel - no warnings to guests or notices about “reserving” sun beds so you will regularly see sun beds occupied by a towel without anyone on it for hours at a time - gym equipment needs an urgent service - characters like Max in the evening is what they miss during the day. Experience, empathy and excellent customer service which is lacking with younger staff"

"This is one of Hoposa's many premium hotels but it feels like a budget friendly version of it. It's newly opened and decent but for the cost I would have expected more. The rooms while small were ok, as the beds and pillows were excellent. The breakfast was ok, but had to ask for things to be replenished a few times as it's not that well monitored. It's a great location to the beach, but a fair 20mins from the main port area. One massive thing that could be done to improve this hotel and make it feel a bit more special is putting up some privacy around the pool and outdoor lounge area at the front. Because it is between 2 roads it's not inviting - whereas some tall trees or a tall fence would add a feeling of privacy that would have made us use the pool or front chairs and tables by the cafe bar far more often."

"Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the whole complex was clean, tidy and well maintained. Decorated to a high standard with fantastic decor. Pool was excellent hotel was close to lots of shops and restaurants. We will definitely book here again. 😊"
