"Decent location next to the quay, room was spacious and clean. Hotel seems well run, staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and Saturday night was very noisy outside, lots of what sounded like road racing and drunken people! Sunday was quiet. Not a complaint about the hotel, it's a city centre hotel and Dundee is lively on a Saturday night, so to be expected. Restaurant nice, food reasonably good. Parking onsite is great and one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Overall a great choice for Dundee."

The only problem was the room was very hot and it made sleep difficult. This was with a fan on and the window open as far as it could be opened. I would return but only in cold months"

The staff were helpful and kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a very good experience and thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting the University of Dundee or looking for a convenient location in the city."
