Our peaceful house offers a relaxing stay, perfect for families. It is part of a former small family farm that belonged to the grandparents. Unoccupied buildings, such as an old stable and a former cellar, enclose the inner courtyard.
Other information:
The rental is close to several sandy beaches: 2.1 km from Centre Beach, 2.2 km from Caroual Beach, and 3 km from Saint-Pabu Beach. The Saint-Pabu site is exceptional, where you can watch activities like kitesurfing, paragliding, and sand yachting.
You will also find supermarkets 2.6 km away and a direct seafood sales point for individuals at 2.4 km (spider crabs, whelks, and seasonal scallops) from local fishing. At 4.1 km, a shop offers freshly caught fish and seafood.
Nearby attractions include Château de Bien-Assis (4.4 km), Cap d’Erquy (4.8 km), Ilôt Saint-Michel and its beaches (6.1 km), Cap Fréhel (12.3 km) where you can spot many seabirds, Château de Fort-La-Latte (16.1 km), Château du Guildo (26.3 km), Château de la Hunaudaye (26.5 km), the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula (26.9 km), the medieval town of Dinan (41.5 km), and the corsair city of Saint-Malo (46.3 km).
