Charming holiday home renovated in 2022, tastefully decorated and comfortable, 300 metres from a sandy beach and coves, 5 km from the seaside resort of Porto Cheli, located in the northern part of the Peloponnese, in Argolis - 2 hours and 15 minutes from Athens Airport by car and bus; by boat from Piraeus—<br> Porto Cheli is located across from the islands of Spetses (10 min), Hydra, and Poros; 10 km from Ermioni (Hydra 20 min.), 1 hour from Nafplio, one of Greece’s most beautiful villages, near the archaeological sites of Mycenae, ancient Tiryns, the Temple of Heraion, and the theatre at Epidaurus.<br><br>The house features 2 bedrooms, high-end bedding (140 and 160 beds), 2 bathrooms with showers, and 2 toilets.<br>For your comfort, each room is equipped with mosquito nets.<br>In the living room, custom-made 90x190 benches, covered with mattresses (and mattress toppers), provide 2 additional comfortable sleeping spots.<br><br>The kitchen, with an island, opens onto the living room and features an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, espresso machine, and SIA tableware.<br>A terrace with a table and chairs extends the living space. A plancha grill is also provided.<br>A pergola offers a shaded relaxation area (outdoor shower).<br>Fenced garden of 500 m².<br>Although the house is equipped with air conditioning, we ask our guests to use it sparingly. <br>A laundry room includes 1 MAL.
