"Overall, this is the ideal stay. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating— they allowed me to change my checkout to a later time which was great. The rooms are clean and modern, I loved this hotel. HIGHLY recommend! "

"It was dusty in some area. Looked like cleaning was not done throughly. Water at vanity sink didn’t run a lot although shower was good. Seal on shower door was loose, so the floor out side of shower door was completely flooded when I finished showering. Towels were old with a couple holes, so requested to replace them, but the replacement was same. Buffet breakfast was great."

"Location was close to MRT and central location to ride to Daqing to transfer to TRA. Room was comfortable and quiet. Able to hang out all day in Taichung and rest well. We forgot our charger and power bank and staff had it packaged up for us when we returned for it."

"Bar on 8th floor with great dark atmosphere. Barman was great at making cocktails, friendly, top customer service! Breakfast so much to choose from. My favourite Taichung hotel and I've tried a few with work. Staff always so polite and attentive. All round winner!"

"Wonderful breakfast, lots of selections. The only small gripe is when it gets busy in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, the visitors and restaurant staff move about in a disorderly fashion. Weight room, swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were all available. Room is cozy and bathroom is quite fancy and clean. Self-serve laundry would be a plus but unfortunately not available. Overall a very pleasant stay. "
