"When i arrived i was told that there was a deposit of 100 dollars. In the fine print on the expedia app it said 50. I was told that was wrong was assured that it would go back on my card same day as checkout. Got all settled in then had to switch rooms 3 times in the first 24 hours due to power issues with the rooms. The 3rd day there we lost hot water for over 24 hours and the hotel never informed us about what was happening. The front desk got snippy with me when i asked when it would be fixed. We stayed for 8 days and for the price we paid they only cleaned our room once. If we wanted it cleaned more than once they wanted additional money. Cleaning ladies were amazing and very kind. The lady in charge of breakfast was super sweet. Breakfast was ok id say 3 out of 10. Pool was ok not very big. Room was clean outdated but better than some others i have stayed in. Side access door doesn't work with key card. Had to walk all the way around to get back in the hotel unless it was propped open. It was very inconvenient. Wasn't able to hook up game system to tv and the TV has limited channels. Fridge has no freezer. Not very large microwave is small as well. Last that checked me out was snippy as well and informed me that the last that checked me in lied that it will take about 10 days to get the deposit back. Still haven't gotten the money back on my card as of now. It's been 6 days. All in all i wouldn't book here again the area is nice there are better places for cheaper. "

"The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. "

"Older hotels and a little noisy right by a very high traffic area but was fine for one night staff were very nice "

"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

"The room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC provided a room thermostat which gave comfortable temperature. It was an unusual evening as the water was turned off for the building when we arrived. There were workers present trying to fix the problem, which was completed before morning. The staff worked with us to still help us remain comfortable and kept us informed on progress. breakfast was very good and plentiful. We would stay here again. "

"Carpet so dirty its sticky. Stains on everything. Ac/heat super loud. Bed sheets stained. Mirrors so dirty they look cloudy. Drains all back up. Hallways not cleaned or kept up. The men in office RUDE!!! Disrespectful. Asked for no housekeeping (its obvious they dont clean anyway) they still came in and took MY belongings. Things I used for work so real cool of them. Plan on spending a while cleanin your room to be comfortable. I spent 3 hours scrubbing and it still didnt feel clean. Place run down and needs shut down. The 1st room they tried to put me in the window was completely cracked from top to bottom and side to side. Crazy it was still in 1 piece and not fallen out. Noticed a few rooms look like that too. "
