The cosy and well-furnished holiday apartment “3 am Biohof Eriskirch” is part of an organic farm with chickens and cattle, situated in Eriskirch, a little town close to Friedrichshafen and Lake Constance, and is a great location for relaxing holidays in this beautiful region. The 54 m² apartment on the attic floor consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair on request. For children/babies a separate amount must be paid to the host. Please contact the host for this before arrival.
You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony and also use the shared garden area with a little playground for children. The pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen is only 6 minutes away by train, and invites you to stroll about the promenades and visit the Zeppelin museum. The island Lindau with its charming old town centre and narrows streets, is a 24-minute train ride from Eriskirch. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 35-minute drive (30 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing near the charming Austrian town of Bregenz, a 31-minute drive (32 km) from Eriskirch.

Wir haben 6 Tage in Wohnung 3 (DG) zu zweit verbracht und nichts vermisst. Eine hochwertige Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung, die auch bereits vorgeheizt war - top! Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren mit dem großzügigen Radschuppen vor dem Haus. Zum Einkaufen haben wir das Auto genutzt (ca. 5min) ansonsten haben wir die Bodo Card für den Zug nach Friedrichshafen genutzt (ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Eriskirch)

Erholsamer Aufenthalt auf dem Bauernhof
Pros: Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Mückengittern an allen Fenstern. Gute Erreichbarkeit zum Einkauf und für sonstigen Bedarf (Apotheke, Bank, usw.). Gute Anbindung an das Radwege-Netz und öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Nahe gelegene Schwimmbäder und interessante Museen schaffen Abwechslung für den Aufenthalt.
Lademöglichkeiten für das E-Bike und E-Auto vorhanden. Gutes Schließsystem mit einem elektr. Schlüssel für alle Türen.
Cons: Auf dem Balkon sind Gespräche (Telefonieren) der Nachbar-Urlauber gut zu verstehen und Raucher sind gut zu riechen. Mit etwas Toleranz und ggf. in Absprache mit den Nachbar-Mietern ist dies nur ein kleiner Nachteil.

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber ...
Pros: hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung

Cons: Trotz der geschmackvollen Ausstattung wirkt die Wohnung insgesamt sehr kalt und spartanisch
Ein Manko auch das nur 2-Flächen Kochfeld.
Störender Verkehrslärm von der nahegelegenen B 31
Höchst bemerkenswert fanden wir allerdings die drastischen Anweisungen bezüglich des Verhaltens bei Abreise. Sofern nicht alles wie vorgegeben (u.a. Bettenabziehen) erledigt wird, fallen quasi „Geldstrafen“ an. Auch bei Abreise nach 10.00 Uhr wird ein zusätzlicher Tag berechnet.
