About this property
Family Home with Large Kitchen & Sun Porch
- Welcome to this beautiful house in Erie. The two cozy bedrooms provide a full bed for the adults and two twin beds in the kids’ room. The third room is mixed use- a quiet room for baby, a playroom for kids or a private workspace. The main bathroom has fluffy towels, soap and a hair dryer. There is also an unlisted additional private toilet located in the basement. Enjoy a comfortable family stay year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Relax by the secluded firepit, enjoy your morning coffee on the sunrise-facing enclosed porch, or sleep all day thanks to the blackout curtains! The large bilco doors into the basement allow easy in and out with skiis, kayaks and other large outdoor equipment. Off street parking and a bus line going straight downtown give added transportation options- there is no need to even drive during your stay! Groceries are a few blocks away in this walkable and friendly neighborhood as well. Hosts live in town and are happy to help with any questions, or to give suggestions for activities or eating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or getting away together to spend time with loved ones, this wonderful house offers a peaceful retreat. We hope you enjoy what our home and city have to offer!
