The house was overall in good shape. Everything was clean when we moved in. The kitchen was well set up for cooking with plenty of implements, pots and pans. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a lot of space in the house, including a large finished attic that could be used as a children's play area. There was a minor issue with the driveway trash bins not having been emptied for several weeks. I contacted the owner who said it would be taken care of when the cleaners came after we checked out. I would not mind renting the same place if we stay in Erie in the future.
