The reason room was very small so was the bathroom. The shower (opening of the shower ) was to small, you may break the door or hurt yourself. The room itself was NOT clean, there was dust and dirt everywhere. The was no item in the room which was not broken. There was no WiFi either. It was so noisy (from neighboring rooms, hallway, entertainment outside). We couldn’t fall asleep by midnight. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The staff was unenthusiastic. When I complained regarding the room and the problem with the shower the staff giggled and made fun of it. Even a formal complaint with the front desk manager brought no apology. This is way far from being a 4 star hotel. I’ve been traveling the world for now 35 years and I never ever experienced this and this was the second time in my life I left the hotel and chose another one.

Apartamentos velhos, moveis dos anos 80, decoração horrível, acessibilidade péssima, existe escadas onde vc tem que subir com a mala, o pior não tem WI-FI , so tem nas áreas comuns

Bon sejour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, les chambres sont un peu désuètes mais la Climatisation marche très bien. les chambres, les draps et les serviettes sont propres. Les buffets ne sont pas très fournis mais on trouve toujours de quoi bien manger. Le personnel de l’hôtel parle aussi anglais pour la majorité et sont très serviables et agréables. Nous avons pris des massages et un accès au spa, ce fut une très bonne expérience. La piscine est assez grande, il y a en général assez de place sous les parasols (de la piscine et de la plage) pour tout le monde. Un membre du personnel très gentil aide à trouver un transat libre sur la plage. Il y a un parking privé bien pratique. Au cours de notre séjour il y a eu pas mal de vent et beaucoup d’algues sur la plage. L’hôtel est plutôt bien passé pour rayonner dans l’Ouest de l’île. Le principal point négatif de cet hôtel est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

L'hotel è comodo per il fatto di essere l'unico o comunque uno dei pochi della zona ad avere parcheggio, piscina e spiaggia privata. Le camere sono datate ma comunque vivibili e spaziose. Il ristorante non è granché con pietanze sempre abbastanza uguali e poca scelta. Altra nota negativa è il fatto che pur pagando una mezza pensione si debba pagare a parte il bere durante il pasto.

Calcedonio

Struttura moderna sul lungomare di Trapani -Erice, direttamente sulla spiaggia, dotata anche di piscina e comodo parcheggio chiuso. Giudizio positivo oltre che per la location anche per la pulizia e tranquillità. Prima colazione migliorabile, in quanto non c'è la possibilità di avere spremute fresche né caffetteria, se non tramite il bar pagando extra, altrimenti bisogna accontentarsi di ciò che viene erogato dalle macchine automatiche.

court séjour à Trapani (Erice)

L'hôtel se situe en dehors de la ville, une voiture est donc nécessaire. Le bâtiment est assez sobre. Il y a de nombreux corridors pour atteindre notre chambre. La mer se trouve juste devant avec des installation commune avec la piscine de l'hôtel. Tout semblait assez bien. Nous aurions apprécié des moustiquaires aux fenêtres afin de ne pas se faire dévoré par des moustiques siciliens. Le personnel est très intentionné. Nous avons passé deux jours agréables. Pas loin d'Erice en voiture 17 km. Visite également de l'Ile de Favignana conseillée.

Niestety po przyjeździe do hotelu zmieniono nam rezerwację (problemy z kanalizacją - kpina) i przekierowano do innego hotelu gdzie dostaliśmy pokój bez okna (przypominam 4* Resort). Nocowaliśmy 1 noc w innym hotelu i dopiero w kolejne 2 noce w tym zaproponowanym ...po awanturach dostaliśmy lepszy pokój ale i tak nie w tym hotelu który mieliśmy zarezerwowany. Nie polecam!!!!

Colazione imbarazzante ( succhi industriali, caffè dal distributore). Servizi ristorativi scarsi e personale ristorante inesperto. Reception ottima. Direttrice molto presente e cordiale. Camere pulite. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo non adeguato.

La struttura va rimodernata, l'Hotel non merita 4 stelle ma 3. La camera aveva un divano letto per la bambina molto scomodo. Personale cortese e buona cucina. Bella la location sulla spiaggia anche se il tempo nuvoloso e l'aria fresca non ci hanno fatto godere il mare. Ottimo per la vicinanza con Erice città

Mooi hotel ver van het centrum van Trapani.

Aangenaam verblijfshotel direct aan het strand. Het zwembad is in mei nog niet toegankelijk. Vrij ver van het centrum van Trapani maar er is een bus om het half uur voor het hotel, ook naar de kabelbaan naar Erice. We hadden een ruime kamer met terras en zicht op zee met zonsondergang. 's Avonds vrij veel muggen. Goed ontbijt maar geen variatie en geen vers vruchtensap. Een paar restaurants op loopafstand.

Sul mare a due passi da Erice

Camera decisamente comoda ed abbastanza pulita. Belli gli arredi. Bagno funzionale ma senza aspiratore o finestre all'esterno. Bella la piscina all'aperto ma non funzionante (Metà Maggio) anche la spiaggia è bella e spaziosa. Colazione continentale standard con la pecca della macchina delle bevande calde pessima.
